6th updated by the EFSA of the list of requests for authorization of recycling processes of plastics intended for food contact
This is the 6th update of the Community register, originally published on 6/07/2009. It list's the recycling processes of plastics intended for food contact under evaluation by EFSA. The evaluation of these processes by EFSA is carried out under the new rules implemented after the entry into force of Regulation No. 282/2008, 17/04/2008. The recycling processes listed are not allowed at the community level. The period defined by the Regulation for the receipt of initial claims is now complete (01/01/2010). EFSA will now proceed to evaluate each process based on the dossier.
